1- Drink a glass of pure spring water every day. Take your body weight in pounds, divide by two, and drink that many ounces of Pure Spring Water every day to ensure that your cells are 'bathed' in Glyconutrients. A 120-pound lady, for example, should drink at least 60 ounces of clean spring water per day.
2- Eat a lot of fiber. The advantages you get from your glyconutrients will be enhanced if you take a high-quality fiber supplement or eat a diet rich in fiber and raw vegetables.
3- Never consume glyconutrients on an empty stomach. Why? No, it won't harm you, but it will be used as energy by your body. That's a lot of money in energy. Glyconutrients absorb better when paired with food or incorporated into a drink.
4- Don't use fiber supplements within one hour of taking any other supplement.
5- Allow your body to begin healing. The majority of diseases develop over a long period of time (or even decades). Being better takes time, just like getting sick. On the inexpensive glyconutrients, I've seen many people notice no improvements until the fourth or even sixth month. Why? Your body takes months (if not years) to replace ill cells with healthy ones.
6- Increase your Glyconutrient uptake. According to Dr. Milner, you can improve your absorption of cheap glyconutrients by doing two simple things instead of eating them:
- Allow them to dissolve in your mouth so that they are absorbed there rather than in the stomach (this takes about 1 minute). You won't need any water for this; your saliva will suffice.
- Take smaller doses more frequently throughout the day, such as 1/8 or 1/4 teaspoon at a time, every hour or two. This is something I've started doing and would encourage you.
7- Make use of ALL THREE fundamental products: Phytosterol, Glyco-antioxidant, food-based vitamin These three goods represent four sciences that function together in a synergistic way, similar to how a car's four wheels work together:
- Glyconutrients facilitate cellular communication.
- Natural plant hormones provided by phytosterol - Essential vitamins and minerals in a food form condition for maximum digestion provided by food-based vitamin
Would you be satisfied with just one or two tires? Also, don't settle for less than you require!
8- Consume enough glyconutrients to meet your body's requirements. Keep in mind that the serving size recommended on the label of your glyconutrients supplement bottle is a minimum for "excellent" health in young people. Please contact your representative if you are unsure about the quantity that is appropriate for you. If you have a health problem, keep in mind that a container of glyconutrients may not last you a month.
